I loved my stay at this hotel. Great value for the price paid. Staff were great, room with washer was super convenient. The noise from train that other reviewers mentioned isn't too bad. Unless you're an ultra light sleeper it shouldn't cause too much of a problem. Only con for me is that it's not super close to the train station, about a 10-15 min walk, so can be a bit troublesome with luggage. But again this is a very small issue because the location was still great surrounded by little cafes/food places and convenience stores.

It's not close to Hakata Station and it's not far. It's okay to take things for a walk. The hotel is a bit old and the facilities are quite complete. What's surprising is that there's a washing machine with dryer and a microwave in the room. It's probably suitable for a small permanent stay. PS, taxis are not available. Good call

It is about 8 minutes away from Hakata JR Station, which is quite convenient. Overall the hotel is good. There is a humidifier in the room. Especially useful in winter. There is free self-service coffee in the lobby. It's good to have a cup …

About a 10 minutes walk to Hakata station. You could hear the train from your room. I'm a light sleeper, and I bring ear buds with me whenever I'm travelling so I'm not that affected in the morning. Washing machine cycle (wash + dry) takes 3 hours 30 minutes, plan accordingly. Bed and pillows were comfortable, had a good sleep.. pretty spacious room imo (after having stayed in 14m rooms with barely enough space to walk with luggages). Not too bad. But I'd likely want to stay nearer to the station in the future.

The hotel is very new and clean. Supplies are placed on the first floor and you can take them yourself if needed. There is a washing machine in the room. It's nice to be able to wash the dirty clothes and take them home on the last day. The hotel can also help collect packages and store luggage. It's a very considerate service.
